Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ, or Jiu Jitsu) focuses on gaining a dominant position over an opponent by using techniques, leverage, and weight distribution to result in a submission, regardless of size and strength. We strive to impart our members with a comprehensive understanding of technique and situation in a positive, structured, and goal-oriented environment.
CLASSES

Learn the fundamental movements that build the foundation of Jiu Jitsu techniques. Recommended for all students, especially those new to Jiu-Jitsu.

Students learn advanced techniques, string techniques together to form complex sequences, revisit fundamental techniques and expand upon them with greater detail, and refine their skills.

Students are assigned a starting position and spar with defined parameters and specific reset points. Positions are explored with greater detail than in standard grappling rounds.
